All projects are confirmed with a signed contract outlining scope, timeline, and deliverables.
- Invoices & Deposits: Invoices are issued upon completion of the project or at agreed-upon milestones. For projects over $500, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due at final delivery.
- Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Venmo, and check. Business processing fees associated with PayPal and Venmo are reflected in the invoice.
- Late Payments: Invoices not paid on time are subject to a 15% late fee, with the possibility of compounding if the balance remains outstanding.
- Revisions & Scope Changes: Each project includes one round of light revisions consistent with the original scope. Additional revisions or requests that expand the scope of work are billed hourly until project completion.
- Retainer Agreements: For clients with ongoing or recurring work, monthly retainer plans are available and can be customized to fit workload and budget.
